The Fire Department EMS #40 transported my 82 yo mother and dropped her during transport because they did not carry her out on a stretcher but instead, carried her out like a sack of groceries- AND DROPPED HER!!!!! Think twice before letting them transport your loved ones!! It’s been over a year now since the Fire department dropped my mother. My mother died two week ms after this incident. The fire department never reached out despite me reporting them dropping her. This department has no accountability!
