I spoke with a very rude receptionist today, who behaved as though taking my call was beneath her. My provider had assured me that scheduling blood work at the Nashville office would be simple and that they'd be able to get me in no problem, but the receptionist made the process feel unnecessarily challenging. This blood work is time‑sensitive and must be completed this week, which made the experience even more frustrating.

2022: During a follow up visit with a gynecologist at VUMC, I was told that I may need to get a hysterectomy because of my fibroids. I was honestly stunned because I thought there were other options available and I am sure I verbalized my desire to conceive to this physician. Spoke to a friend of mine and she recommended her gynecologist at St. Thomas Ascension. I followed her advice and made an appointment to see her gyn. I am so grateful to have had Dr. Smith at Nashville Fertility Center caring for me! She is so kind, smart, and thorough. She takes a patient centered approach and always ensures you feel comfortable with the plan. Going to Nashville Fertility has been the best decision of my life. I spent years afraid to seek treatment, but went I finally did I found the wonderful staff at NFC. Dr. Weitzman was a godsend. We were successful after our first attempt at FET and now have a baby boy. I definitely recommend NFC and will be returning soon.
