Terrible staff and management. DO NOT GO HERE!
I was a patient at NFC for 2 years. Thanks to them we were able to welcome our 3rd child in October 2025. Our son is such a blessing to our family and brings such immense joy to our lives, so I cannot thank them enough. Everyone who works there is so kind and understanding and makes the uncomfortable process a little easier. Drs Hill, Smith and Eblen are all fantastic. Nurse Tina is a Godsend and was truly made to be an IVF nurse. I would recommend this clinic to anyone looking into fertility treatments in the middle TN area... read more
I would not go to this location again. After two miscarriages within the first quarter of 2025, it was clear to me and my wife that if you are looking for individualized care, this is not the place. We actually had to go to the Franklin location during the first miscarriage and the NP there gave us info from the ultrasound we had at the Nashville location that we didn't even receive there that would have actually prepared us for that first miscarriage.
