Save your time and skip this place. It's the most unprofessional establishment I've encountered. As an experienced (15 years) medical/laser aesthetician, I was shocked when they argued with me about my treatment plan just to push an unnecessary and expensive laser treatment. The Nurse Practitioner Lori charges about $2,500 more than the other practitioners there. There are many other laser and cosmetic medical spas in town that offer fair prices without upselling unnecessary treatments.
I came in today to see Winter for a facial. She is AMAZING! I’ve been going to her for the past two years! She always helps me look my best ! Winter is patient, explains what she is going to be doing during my facial time and explains the benefits of the treatment. I came in today to see Lori for follow up and botox . She is AMAZING! I’ve been seeing her for quite a few years. I’ve seen her for lasers lip filler and Botox over the years. She always helps me look my best ! Also, the staff at Nashville Cosmetic Surgery are so sweet and helpful and I always feel welcomed.
