We received great service here on more than one occasion. They installed carpet and custom-built area rugs in our home. We had one small issue with installation of the carpet which they came back and redid in total to make absolutely right. The custom area rugs were well-made and very reasonably priced. Returned for our next area rug needs and they have made shopping for it a pleasure. Solid pros!
My experience with this company was terrible! Nashville Carpet (NCC) put the wrong flooring in my home and now expects me to pay for it. They threaten a lien on my home! The story of what happened follows: I met with the NCC salesman Perry Housman and ordered a particular type of flooring, named "Woodstock". This flooring is brown/blonde in color.
