This place has completely forgotten who it is. Maybe if they paid their employees as much as they spent on rebranding and redoing the entire building they would have enough staff to work efficiently. No one answers the phone. No one responds to voicemails. I’m supposed to trust them and they screwed up all my medical stuff so now I have a stack of bills and no idea how to deal with them.
Won’t even take new trans patients in (even if they use years of medical transition). Is this caring for a community that fundraises for them? No
This clinic is efficient and I want to give a kudos to Diane! She is an Allstar managing the front desk and the way she truly cares speaks volumes! I believe she should be recognized for her friendliness, diligence, & efficiency!
Dr Zach and the staff there are awesome, capable and competent. The reassured me and put my mind at ease.
