Took my car for an engine swap. Should’ve just set the money on fire — at least that would’ve been faster and less stressful. They quoted me two weeks. Took six. Every time I called, it was either “waiting on a part,” “our tech is out,” or my personal favorite: “we’re just buttoning it up.” Buttoning what, exactly? A disaster? the customer service was rude and dismissive. No apologies, no accountability—just attitude. I honestly felt like they were trying to take advantage of me. Save yourself the money and stress. Go literally anywhere else.
When I finally picked up my car, the brakes were still making noise. I brought it back, and they insisted it was "normal." I ended up going to another mechanic, who showed me that the parts used were cheap aftermarket junk and installed incorrectly.
