We were thrilled to find Nashua Tile and especially Brian who is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to flooring. He does a fabulous job translating measurements into tile needed and has great attention to detail. We hadn’t noticed the store having driven up to Nashua on Daniel Webster many times. The inventory at this place is good. What we experienced was very very poor or little care for us as customers after the fact. Our shower job - which was not cheap- lasted less than 2 years. Cracking and actual falling out of grout was consistent. Even the coloring of the grout varied but should’ve been one color. When we asked Brian to please address it - he said well you should’ve told me before the job was a year old. Now pay me and I’ll fix it. We were flabbergasted, angry and extremely disappointed. We have known Brian at Nashua Tile since we moved to Nashua in 1993 and bought tile from him to work on our bathroom. Recently we wanted to renovate that bathroom and immediately thought of Brian. He was knowledgeable, helpful and easy to deal with. We love our new bathroom and would not hesitate to recommend Brian and Nashua Tile.
This was a terrible experience. I was told by Brian to give two weeks for delivery of the tile. I gave him 2-1/2 weeks and still did not have the tile. I scheduled my installer based off the timeline and lost two days of work that pushed back my entire bathroom remodel schedule. He blamed everyone else for the delay including his manufacturer, his store being short handed, and my installer. When I asked for a discount to account for the delays, he refused saying delays are part of construction. The store is messy with tiles ... read more
We have ordered tile from Brian on two occasions & both times have been very pleased. He helped us figure out how many time we needed, how many needed to be bull-nosed, etc.
