I go to the Infusion suite once a month and Sarah and Jenn are wonderful!!! They even know what flavor coffee I want! I’m a hard stick but they always get it right the first time. They are both super efficient and smiling every time!!!! Thank you ladies!
While I understand that nobody enjoys the fact that they have to go to the doctor, I have to say that my visit to Nashua Rheumatology was one of the nicest visits I’ve had in a long time! The staff was kind and friendly, and took the trouble to help me book an appointment so that I don’t have to miss more work coming up, which is very much appreciated! I've been going here for over 30 years. I hate going to the doctors but I always look forward to going here because the staff is so awesome with amazing personalities. You always leave in a better mood than when you showed up. They really go out of their way to help you. Of course my favorites are Maggie, Holly, Mary Ellen, Gorman and Zhang. Was sad to see Mary Ellen and Dr. Gorman leave. If anyone is leaving poor reviews for this office it is because they have poor attitudes and are miserable with themselves. You can't ask ... read more
Very friendly front desk personnel, fantastic nurses, knowledgeable doctors. I bring my aunt here for appointments. One of the front staff ladies that has been there for quite a few years always greets my aunt by her first name. My aunt really enjoys her visits here, thank you all for making this a great experience for her. Wish I could have the same experience with my own doctors visits!!!
