Horrible service I have gad been a patient there for close two years and couldn't even get my medicine called into a pharmacy numerous occasions now I'm looking at a much severe health problem do to their negligence don't recommend them at ALL
I showed up for my appointment today, after driving 40min to get there as usual. "Your provider is not here today" "Then why am I here?" "We messaged you in MyChart" I need a PHONE CALL or a TEXT, not a message in a system I never want to use if you are going to CHANGE MY APPOINTMENT. Let's please still be humans here. Customer service still has to be a thing in the medical field, we are all human beings. No proper communication on the appointment and incorrect billing
If I could put a half, or a zero star status I would. There is no communication between the nurses, physicians and the front staff. One of my experiences with Dale Watterson as a fill-in for my regular doctor was incredibly demeaning with zero regard to bedside manner. I have had Prescriptions sent to the wrong pharmacy , or refills that were completely ignored or discarded, leaving me in the impossible position of tracking down what mistakes they made.
