Awful! I had to literally LOL when I read the last review where NPCC was compared to Angel in Boston. They CANNOT be compared at all. I knew someone who worked for Paul Phenix and as a vet tech she was better at diagnosing animals than he was. Also quite disturbing is the fact that he would do multiple surgeries without cleaning the surgical instruments in between.
