I brought my vehicle in for a no-start issue that happened mostly in cold weather. I explained this from the beginning. I paid hundreds of dollars for diagnostics and repairs, including an inhibitor switch and later a starter, none of which fixed the problem. After more than $1,000 spent on parts, labor, and tows, I was told additional repairs were needed without any guarantee the issue would be resolved. The rear suspension on my telluride was noisy so I went here for my state inspection and asked them if the suspension I had replaced just a couple of months ago was already failing. I was told what I already knew and charged diagnosis although the vehicle was under warranty. I was told warranty refused to honor the repair and if I did the work through them, they will waive the diagnosis. I paid diagnosis and left since i wanted to talk to the warranty company.
