2 PM on Tuesday, called dealership service department 7 times and it just rang off the hook and dumped me bck into the directory. No one never picked up, no message available for a return call. This place does NOT need your business and has no incentive to improve customer service. If you are shopping for a new Hyundai, consider the after purchase service. A blessing in disguise
Had an amazing experience! I had just got out of work. Was right down the street, called, was answered by a friendly voice on the phone who then connected me to a manager Darlene who was outstanding! Came in was greeted Neysa who was extremely helpful and very sweet who helped me with all my questions and needs. Then there was sue who also was a sweetie pie and helped with giving me info on my car. Overall, I left very happy, pleased and feeling more safe to drive my care on the road again! I will be back! Worst customer service of any car place. Don’t go here! They have had our car for multiple days with no communication. The phones don’t even work so email or in person are the ways to get an update on what they are doing
