Had an amazing experience! I had just got out of work. Was right down the street, called, was answered by a friendly voice on the phone who then connected me to a manager Darlene who was outstanding! Came in was greeted Neysa who was extremely helpful and very sweet who helped me with all my questions and needs. Then there was sue who also was a sweetie pie and helped with giving me info on my car. Overall, I left very happy, pleased and feeling more safe to drive my care on the road again! I will be back! Worst customer service of any car place. Don’t go here! They have had our car for multiple days with no communication. The phones don’t even work so email or in person are the ways to get an update on what they are doing
The Nashua Hyundai Service department doesn't even deserve a single star. Simply blame things on ex employees. Just 1 line of report for a $200 service offered. They just expect to pay with the smile and walk away for zero service provided. They don't like to be questioned. They assume that they own the place. Even a $20 firestone diagnostics provides a nice detailed check list for their service.
No wonder why you guys have such a low review. Worst service. False promises.
