Darlene was extremely helpful getting my car repaired under warranty. After months of headaches at another dealership she got it done efficiently and quickly with no issues at all! She went above and beyond to solve the issue and I appreciate that a lot!
Sucks!!! On hold on the phone yesterday for more than 20 minutes and they never picked up. Left a chat and they said they would get back to me but never did. Tried calling because I am getting emails that my car needs servicing, but I had taken it in March for the for the combined routine 30K and 32K routine servicing. It looks like the missed something.
Horrible! Had a scheduled appt for a recall. They didn't have the part needed. Hhmmm. Maybe its me, but shouldn't you have the part available? On a recall? Math isn't my thing, but.... if you have X number of customers coming in for a recall, shouldn't you have the same X number of the parts on hand? Ohh, but they did want to share what other things my car needed. Of course they did!! What a joke! Ridiculous waste of my time!

Domingo is the man! I went to him with a specific goal and he made it happen! Not only that, he put me in a gorgeous vehicle with low miles that I know I will love for years to come! I highly recommend Domingo for any car purchase! He will not disappoint!
