Great providers and service. My only issue was that the hearing group was out of network even though MASS ENT was so had to go somewhere else to get hearing aid benefit from my insurance.

Very impress with Amanda - explaining how to place the hearing aids and their function how they work.
Amanda was very thorough in her explanations and the options available for hearing aids.I felt confident that I would be getting the top of the line from a technology standpoint. That gave me great comfort that I would be needing to replace my hearing aids because of a tech upgrade.
