Unpleasant experience at this location. The staff were super friendly except for one male. I’m not sure of his name, he works in the optical side but he was extremely rude and unhelpful to my disabled mother. He would always cut you off when you’re speaking and just made you feel completely illiterate to the point where you feel like you can’t even ask questions. Awful experience. I walked in for my appointment, signed in on the kiosk, and as I was finishing the check in process I was reading everything over prior to signing. The front desk staff barked at me from her desk and was like “you need to push the yellow button” I politely said I can see that, I’m just reading it through first. First time and last time going here. Dr was good, staff was friendly, except one, very unpleasant. Prescription glasses were wrong the first time, second time still wrong. Not going back a third time. I will need to continue using my reading glasses. Sadly won’t be returning to this practice. Should’ve stayed with the other practice I was with, lesson learned.
I saw Dr. Brenot in December for my annual exam. I stated that I was prediabetic at that time. He suggested I come back for a work-up that my insurance would completely cover. I guess I shouldn't have trusted the doctor because I recently received a bill for the visit. My insurance only covered part of it. Receiving an unexpected bill wasn't planned.
