5 stars is not enough! From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I was discharged, the staff made me feel comfortable and safe. A health issue can be scary and they put me at ease immediately. Their professionalism and kindness will not be forgotten. Thank you to Dr Sonne, and nurses Alexis, Cassie and Kristina. You guys are amazing! I will not hesitate to go here again if needed and I definitely recommend it to anyone who is having a health issue.
TLDR - Not for kids. THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. Took my 7 y/o, for an infection in their ear cartilage (later diagnosed as cellulitis) from a tick pulled the evening before. (Went on a walk, came back and found it, barely 4 hours on, had all the pieces out and everything.). I was advised to go to an ER, after waiting hours I gave up and I went to this one. Very nice facility. Easy to get to and not crowded. No one was at the desk upon entry and another patient was ahead of me who found a clipboard and was filling out paperwork. I had a CT if my brain and also a chest xray. The attendant was super nice. The nurse was very attentive. I appreciated the Dr. searching for a hospital that would admit me needing aneurysm surgery as soon as possible. All in all a positive experience.
Quick, efficient, spotless, kind, caring, and competent! By far, the best immediate care experience I’ve ever had. And Dr Ciccone is a total crackup, if he hadn’t chosen medicine (but thank god he did!) he’d be doing standup. Def go here for your immediate care needs. I didn’t even feel the blood draw from RN Kyle (not sure if that’s his name - but he was equally stellar!).
Everyone was very professional, I was seen fast, I feel all appropriate tests were run and I left with answers. Very clean facility. Never felt rushed they all took the time to explain things. Dr. Ciccone and nurse Jeff RN went above and beyond. For being an emergency room it was a great experience. I will be using this for any emergency needs in the future.
