Honestly, what a terrible company; if I could, I’d give it minus 5 stars.
Awful build quality. Walls are cracking. None of the windows or doors are sealed and they let in dirt and water. Cabinets are pulling apart from each other. The floors are bubbled up everywhere. I seriously cannot believe the quality of work this company puts out. Absolutely horrible craftsmanship and a total scam of a company.
When the state of Oregon was sent in fulfilment of a contract by Nashua Builders , modular homes for people who's homes were burned down in the Phoenix fire, and what Nashua Builders CHOSE to send a government contract was uninhabitable homes that were unsafe and unable to be made safe. Now the state has to sue to recoup the money all the while these people have been without promised housing for 4 years. I hope they lose their ability to take government contracts ever again. Do NOT buy from them!
Sounds like not much has change there since it was originally Shelterx.
