Positively appalled at the lack of professionalism displayed at the appointment. Drove an hour from home to get there and then be interrogated in a completely disrespectful way and the way they conduct business seemed sketchy at best. Acted like they were trying to push extra stuff that was unnecessary to make extra money maybe.
