I take leaving poor reviews seriously and do not write this in haste. Unfortunately, it took two negative experiences for me to reach this point. Overall, my rating reflects both product quality issues and a deeply frustrating customer service experience. I made a splurge purchase on an ear cuff costing over $350 — something I had admired and wanted for a long time. I wore it for less than a month before one of the diamonds fell out. Nashelle is a true jewelers with skilled, kind, patient staff. I was buying something to commemorate a loved one, and they were so compassionate. I don't usually feel very comfortable in jewelery stores but this one is different; they make you feel welcome and not pressured. Love it and will go back!
