First time dealing with this company and I could not be more pleased with both their product line and delivery service. They're cheaper than other metal suppliers but they have poor attitudes. I stopped using them years ago for this exact reason. Recently I did work for a customer that supplied the materials. First they sent panels without trim so the job couldn't be started. Called and asked about the trim and they acted like if we wanted the trim we would have to come get it ourselves. I bought the metal roofing product for a home I'm remodeling and I'm very pleased with them and now I'm thanking about do all 4 sides in their product Very good product and company
