The Krogers here is understaffed, rarely an actual checkout lane open when I shop. They used to at least have larger self-checkout areas with an upper shelf for people purchasing a lot of groceries but downsized those in favor of adding more and smaller self-checkouts. You can ask them to open a full checkout lane if your purchases obviously won't fit the self-checkout carousel. The employees are very helpful and friendly, but there are just too few. I have used this Kroger for 22 years! :) I used to live in Antioch so I used it all the time....I still shop here occasionally when I'm in this area. It feels like home, in a way :) The managers up front are very friendly! The last time I visited, the front end lady managers were extremely nice and helpful to Me! It also has a spacious parking lot, which even includes an outdoor bank ATM :) This Kroger is at an EXCELLENT location, too. Highly Recommend!
