I called this shop to get an estimate for a replacement radiator on my 2001 Toyota Avalon and the employee who answered the phone placed me on hold multiple times and eventually gave me three diferent prices for the replacement radiator. It didnt seem right. I called the following day to check pricing again and availability and the same employee (I beleive it was the owner) answered and was extremely rude.
