Very unprofessional! Insisted that no one be present during inspection, didn't even have the courtesy to leave a business card after leaving Beds in disarray, wouldn't return call to answer simple questions like type of treatment recommended. Gave them 1 out of 5 because their price was reasonable but definitely do not recommend them.
Do not recommend for home inspections if you are a potential homebuyer! Not thorough & he is very difficult to contact.
We have used nash pest several times over the years. First time we met the team during home inspections when we were buying a home Jennifer and jeremy are all stars Jennifer is always the best at communicating and coordinating Jeremy is so knowledgeable and experienced with all the things needed as a homeowner and a plus for us someone who understands our concern with child animal and garden safety
Doesn’t commit to the date set for service, wants to reschedule service 3 weeks later from original date. Associates are unprofessional, no call back, when called service tech uses profanity in front minors and used racial slang towards me.I would not recommend them. Don’t even deserve 1 star but survey will not post if not selected.
