I'd give a zero star but that is not an option to choose from. I set up an appointment with Albert last week and he said he'd be over to give me a quote for a new HVAC system on Friday of the same week and he didn't show. I called him today and asked about rescheduling my appointment and at first he was receptive to coming over today and then he asked who referred me. I have been ripped off so many times by HVAC companies. Al Nash and his crew are so honest, knowledgeable and professional. They did not try to talk me into things I did not need and they just fixed the broken item. Eddy gave us a lot of useful information about our particular system. I would recommend them to everyone.
