Joel, his crew and his subcontractors were amazing. We had a major kitchen, master bedroom, bath + remodel. Joel was very communicative and we always new what to expect. When something didn't go as planned, Joel was on it with options and solutions. Everyone that came to work on our house was trusted in it without us over the 3-4 months that the work took.
