Nash was excellent at getting our property out to the public so it could be seen by anyone interested in small acreage hobby properties. We had local interest but better yet out of state interest as well. He is great to work with listens and explains in a very understanding way to concerns or questions. Can’t recommend Nash enough! Oh and by the way… to all the crappy realtors in Brookings that we interviewed…. Nash sold our home for $200K more than you said we would get because we were not in Brookings! Nash and his team were tirelessly helpful in our search for our new home. For a variety of circumstances, our search was longer than what is typical. Nash was just as driven, and probably even more patient with the process than we were! At long last, he helped us every step of the way into the right home for our growing family. He was professional, knowledgeable, and personable.
After a lot of searching and a lot of work on both ends we finally found and bought our first house. Nash C. made the entire process so easy and was able to walk us through the entire thing! Even stuck by us when we got picky on the details. 10/10 a great experience!
