I was extremely disappointed with this law firms handling of my mother's estate. Took far too long, nearly seventeen months for a will with no complications. They repeatedly asked me to confirm my personal banking details four times which from a security point of view was extremely unsettling. They misled me with incorrect information and ignored my emails and phone calls. Overall I feel they don't even rate a single star but unfortunately it's a requirement. If you’re looking to deal with your will or estate don’t bother going through this mob. Amanda doesn’t bother returning calls or responding to emails and when I do get an email back once every six months it is in rude, blunt email manner. Very frustrating.
Awful experience. Not sure about the other lawyers but Dominic charges excessively and made numerous mistakes and terrible at communication. Dominic failed to respond to several of my emails, failed to notify me of important information regarding court and important emails from the other sides lawyer. Dominic also sent an email thread of our private conversations to the other sides lawyer and CC in the email my daughters father who I am in the court battle with.
