I contacted this solicitor To handle my stepfather‘s passing away within 18 months to two years from that (My Mother) passed away. So I made an appointment to start the handling of my mothers estate & passing & to lodge probate. Quoted by receptionist via phone $250.00 (Pensioner Discount) to have my will re-done in early August, 2024. On finalisation on 19th August, 2024, I was charged $400.00 and told there had been a price increase. I should have walked out, but, I didn't. I simply paid.
