I am totally pleased and satisfied with the care I receive from Doctor Soghrati and his staff. I am so thankful that he comes to Lexington.
Waited 25 mins past my appointment time before the doctor came in. I sat in the room for 15-20 mins of this. After he came in, he looked at my ear, then randomly left and didn’t say where he was going or why. Then he came back in and asked to see my cell phone and typed in the type of cyst he said is in my ear. I’ve never been told anything about this before so it really caught me off guard. He referred me to an ENT and then left.
