I had a horrible experience here. The person answering the phone quoted me a price of $235 for some work on my car. When they called me to let me know the work was complete the price had increased to $511. Nobody ever called me to let me know the price would increase. Most mechanics that I've dealt with in the past will call the customer if it is going to cost more than anticipated.
