Horrible experience.I had a collision and brought my car to Nascar, when II got my car backm and my insurance company told me they released it in an unsafe condition for public streets!! The work that was on the estimate was not done and my insurance company told me to report them to the DMV because it's not the first time they heard about this shop. The seually harrassed me ad do not want to take any responsibility yet keep over $4000 and my car is not driveable. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!!
Wow. Just wow. Got stopped by them in 2 different lots and they talked to me about body work. Said would pay deductible (and this is advertised on their flyers). Had to meet them to sign over checks (super shady), embarrassing encounter at their bank. Then paid $380 for brakes and rotors (demanded cash). Picked up car (filthy and not washed after repairs) and find out they didn't put rotors on at all.
