Not only is he scamming people who are renting rooms and taking their money, but he'll sure scam you with the cars that are provided in his service. Do not buy a car from him as most of his cars are dangerous and not safe to operate on the roads. He will start to harass you and not give your money back. Shut this place down for gods sake!
