We had an issue with our AC not cooling, found out it was a bad evaporation coil problem. They came early and fixed the issue instead of trying to sell me a whole new system
We have been using NASCAIR since our heat went out last winter and have been on a maintenance plan since. We have been really pleased with the quality and level of service we have received. Today one of our AC units stopped working and within an hour of me calling we had a technician at our house. Chris was quick to identify and fix the issue and we have cool air flowing again! We would definitely recommend NASCAIR based on our positive experiences!
