They never send test results, even after multiple reminders. It’s also nearly impossible to reach them by phone.
What insurance company is a pleasure to deal with? Insurance companies want to deny procedures, they tend to be in compassionate towards providers. A skilled staff can get their patients the help they need without having to alert the patient that their insurance is terrible. This is unprofessional and has no business being discussed while speaking with the Doctor.
Do not recommend!!!! The most unpleasant and unprofessional healthcare facility ever!!!!! I wouldn’t even consider getting a consultation!!! They need to be investigated
This place is a public humiliation! They break HIPPA laws! They had bad attitudes, and only cater to who they feel got better insurance covered or medical they can just bill however!!!! Investigation need to be done
Dr. Frankel performed a spinal fusion on my lumbar using CemLif in March 2025 and I couldn't be happier. I have my life back after spending 90% of my day on my back for 9 months due to pain. The recovery was easy. I find Dr. Frankel candid about expected outcome and he delivered.He answers all questions and does not rush. I love his contagious upbeat mannerism - he makes you feel he can make things better and he sure did. I will definitely return to Dr. Frankel if I have further spinal issues.
