Gave Bob at NASA a deposit for cnc duplicator, decided to cancel for business reasons. After months of being told the refund would "go out tomorrow" "it's in the mail" finally it was sent, and then shorted 20%, claiming that was a policy. Nothing I was ever told, signed to etc etc. Think twice, or 3 times before dealing with these guys. I'll get my money back in small claims court. Too bad they got nasty and unprofessional, business must not be good?!? I'll never deal with them...
