The lady at the front desk does not want to understand what the customer says and keep going on with her logic when I told her that my visit and vaccine should be free as per my insurance. She agrees at first and said “I will not be charging you right now, but will send the receipt if anything changes.” Not sure she is trying to charge me or not? Then she ask me why are you upset lol
