Great branch to visit for NASA FCU members. There's an outdoor ATM. The staff is uniformly friendly and helpful. Parking is ample, including two handicap spaces right in front of the door. Free, heavy duty coin counter in the lobby. I've never seen it crowded and seldom have to wait for a teller.
I have been treated kindly and respectfully, their CDs are great products and they accommodate international customers. However, their opening hours are really insufficient, closing at 4 PM is too early for working professionals, especially given how few branches there are.
Always helpful when I have to go inside.
