????...external oil boiler position does not conform to regulations as it is too close to the roof, flue cannot even be fitted and a piece of board used!!!(see photo) Will now have to be moved at extra cost to enable sale of the property...we have also just discovered that our external boiler fitted by N.A.S is not even bolted to the wall it is in fact nailed to the wall !!!!!!!!!!! Shocking.
Quite a few years ago when the beast from the east hit us my flue connection was damaged and i was not getting any heat i rang british gas and tbey told me i was not a priority and told me i had to wait 2 weeks. I rang neil and he came in the snow within the hour. Very professional reasonably priced etc and will always bw eternally greatful would highly reccommend him
Neil is really good quick and efficient, when others said we would have to wait weeks Neil was there on Saturday morning to service boiler, cheers mate

Neil is excellent. Came out quickly and fitted the new combi boiler and I always use him to service it.
