Very good gym with just about any and all machines and equipment.
Ah yes, yet another Navy gym that is incredibly equipped, but has no AC. Be prepared to workout in a sauna.
The pool is generally clean, except when the cohort of high schoolers go there...
Open 24/7 when you sign up. They offer classes, free weights include squat racks, bench area, free weights up to 150 lbs (I think), cardio room, and tons of misc stationary machines. 2 locker rooms each for men and women with a separate sauna for each. Swimming pool inside the gym. Friendly staff. Gets busy at around 2pm but can still get a workout in since they offer such a variety of machines.
