They seem intent on being inept and spreading misinformation. I was told veterans could only use the commissary and NEX if they had a 100% disability rating “as of 9 months ago”. That hasn’t been true since 2020. I called and spoke with manager of the commissary to verify.
There has got to be a better way to vet semi truck traffic. There needs to be a lot for trucks to park in so that they're not clogging up the driveway to the inspection point. It also takes way too long in the office for paperwork and running it through the system. We spent 3 hours just trying to get out of there so our escort could take us to offload.
