Good luck getting a hold of them over the phone. Me and my wife have tried different days and different times- all within the posted hours, with no answer. Outside of that, when I went to register, it was quick.
Had to get a new id card for my Mom. Staff were very nice and I like that it is right outside the gate entrance to the base.
To the suprise of no-one another absolute trash government run office that treats military members terrible. Active duty for 9 years and had many cacs and they won't give me a new one because he said my cac isn't a valid form of ID even though its unexpired. So sick and tired of dealing lazy trash government employees that could care less. Update i called and was able to speak to a lady and she told me what the other man said is untrue and to come back inside and she was able to help me.
