Went to get my CAC. Easy in and out!
Excellent Experience. Appointment was at at 1030. Both me and my wife were done before 11. Both first time ID's. From the front desk clerk to the lady that helped us, everybody greeted us and was extremely courteous. Make an appointentment and have your required paperwork and you won't have any issues.
Visitor staff service was a zero they asked the people behind me in line if they had been helped not me… then came out seen me in line went back in and called them up (they were sitting in the chairs) to the desk asking if they signed in …knowing they hadn’t asked me that then they continued to help them 🤬. what’s the point of a fin line if you’re just going to ask whoever.
