I witnessed the most amazing customer service. The patience, advise and reassurance the receptionist gave a patient who was being difficult was putstanding
The doctor and nurse were kind and helpful, but the receptionist’s attitude was disappointing. The interaction felt unfriendly and not very professional.
The front desk girls (especially the old lady with glasses wearing the scarf) really really rude, I suggest kick them all out and get new staff that are trained and good at customer service. Very unprofessional front desk customer service team.
