I am very disappointed with the service at this medical center. The receptionist’s arrogant attitude and rude tone made me feel extremely stressed and frustrated during my visit. It is unacceptable for someone in a customer-facing role to treat patients this way. What makes it worse is that this is not an isolated incident.
