I always Visit Advance Medical Centre. very helpful and caring nature. Reception always attended and help. Mary is one of the best i ever met. The Doctors are good and point to the correct direction always. i highly recomended this centre as my First Point of Contact in case of any of my family needs to see the Doctor
Very bad experience to patient (receptionist)
I wish I never have to come in this place at first place. Receptionist extremely rude and don’t know anything about how to respond. It not first time it’s always treating us like we are doing something wrong being here. Because of this behaviour string will to change my GP.They need to more training about manners and how to talk with patients.
Worst medical centre in Sydney, we are already sick, the receptionist lady talks so rudely, waited for the doctor for more than an hour, went to check how many patient the doctor has before my name, the lady tells me my name is not on the system, another hr waited for the doctor. So hopeless. Even the doctors seems dodgy
Love this medical centre, couldn’t recommend it enough. They are very knowledgeable and great service
