Very unprofessional. Multiple times he ghosted me, I should’ve fired him the first time he did it, but I trusted him and it was the biggest mistake. Multiple times I was told to call the insurance and they told me they couldn’t get ahold of HIM AND THEY WERE WAITING ON MY ATTORNEY. left my messages on read and calls unanswered and then BLAMED ME that he couldn’t get ahold of me despite having multiple lines of communication.
