She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions thoroughly, and genuinely seems to care about my well-being. The staff is also incredibly friendly and efficient. I was shocked to see her rating here because she is seriously the BEST doctor ever. Her staff is delightful and helpful and always calling with reminders for appointments needed etc.. They are on top of all my needed outside appointments which always amazes me. They are so kind as is Dr. Nartey. She is smart, warm and spends all the time with you as needed. She is everything you dream a doctor will be. She has a great sense of humor and is a great advisor. She is 5 star and I'm so grateful she is my doctor.
Tried to get pricing for a lab I was requested to get. They never told me, nartey just said to reach my deductible and I'd be fine. I put up a fuss about it and got my insurance involved who also couldn't figure it out. Don't take my word for it, If youre requested to have something done from her office ask her how much it'll be. I bet youll get to the same conclusion and you'll be blamed for not trying.
