I waited at this Nars Garden State Plaza for 2 hrs. I got there at 11:00am -1:00pm. How are they still in business? Given life be lifing so an 15, 20 hell Even 30 min but 2hour on a weekend is crazy.

They cancelled my makeup appointment (that I booked a month prior) at 10pm the night before. That really upset me because the day of the appointment was my birthday dinner with friends and it was too last minute to book elsewhere. I get to the store to see if I can speak with someone to get a little help at least with their foundation, and no one was at the counter. I started to peruse a bit.
