Dr. Hess and staff were amazing! Everyone was so friendly and my two dogs seemed to be the most comfortable they’ve ever been at a vet visit. Dr. Hess heard my concerns and explained everything clearly for both chronic care and acute conditions.
The medical care for my cat was good, and I want to acknowledge that one of the doctors (the owner) was especially helpful and considerate. He offered a follow-up visit free of charge when I called the next day, and I truly appreciated that. I chose not to bring my cat back at that time because I did not want to cause her additional stress. He also provided an appetite stimulant at no cost, which I appreciated. My dog has seasonal allergies and my vet in the city had been giving the wrong treatment. After visiting Dr Hess, everything changed. In less than half a day he stopped scratching and finally slept peacefully through the night. Thank you.
Dr Hess and the all the Vet Techs are absolutely amazing. They’re patient and they truly care. I’ve brought my dogs there since they opened and always have been satisfied with their care and their prices.
