We were visiting the area on vacation when one of our dogs nearly tore off a dew claw. Hoping to avoid an emergency veterinary hospital, we called to see if they might be able to see us even though we weren’t established clients. They were kind enough to fit us into their schedule that same day. While we were there, our dog also began having what appeared to be an allergic reaction to something she had rolled in while playing in the grass. Incredible team. Everyone working here is so nice. Veterinarian is super thorough. Highly recommend if you are in the Narrowsburg or Beach Lake region.
Dr. Hess and staff were amazing! Everyone was so friendly and my two dogs seemed to be the most comfortable they’ve ever been at a vet visit. Dr. Hess heard my concerns and explained everything clearly for both chronic care and acute conditions.
