Can’t say enough about the excellence of this business . When we contacted them they were utterly accommodating and quick to respond- it wasn’t a big job - but it had a sense of urgency because of the appliances being operated. In addition to making the repairs he discovered an ant infestation- he vacuumed the ants and cleaned the area and notified us of the issue . His fee was extremely fair and really went above and beyond given the ant issue.
Although I waited weeks to get an estimate from his employee, Gary (the owner) personally called me and set a time to quote the job himself. He informed me that his employee was planning to go off on his own and hasn’t been very responsive. I was ready to take off and try to find another electrician and he gave me a very fair bid and came over on his day off to complete the job. Showed up on time & was very professional. However never submitted a quote to us and when we finally got through to them we were told they didn't have the resources for our small project. Wish he would have just told us that from the start.
