After trying to get in contact with an electrician at Narrows Electric for three days in a row without the courtesy of a return call , I'm moving on. They rely on an answering service to relay messages, so either that service isn't working right or Narrows doesn't care about costumer service. Would it take too much time to give a two minute return call even if was to say they are too busy? The ONLY electrical company I will use! When another electrician who was supposed to do my job backed out at the last minute Narrows Electric came through. Great company from begining to end. Reasonably priced, easy to schedule and professional staff. John and Ky are excellent at what they do.
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with, they don't return phone calls , they don't show up when they say they will, so if you want a job done this is NOT the company to hire !!! They are nothing more then liers !!kk
