I was brand new to CrossFit and coaches Michele and Brittany have made attending class super fun, and a great learning experience! The owners work out with everyone in the classes allowing them to develop relationships with their members and understand the needs and wants of everyone involved with the gym, they focus on what the gym community needs and enjoys and fix any issues that ever arise.

Having been to nearly 50 different Gyms over the last 10 years, I can say that Narrows is a one of those long-standing standouts.. Everything is just done just a bit better for the aspects that matter most to me. There is space is more than adequate, equipment is extensive, well maintained, and of premium quality, and the gym is spotless from the floors to the bathrooms to the parking lot. The owners take great care to hire experienced, knowledgeable coaches who care about every member’s goals and progress. The physical equipment and set up is modern and quality, but the leadership team is so awesome, I’d pay for the membership even if it was out in a barn somewhere.
