possibly the worst service department i have ever dealt with, manager is rude and arrogant, do not recommend, just go to perth
Anyone looking to buy a vehicle from here I can honestly say that you can look forward to a no hassle no pressure experience. I highly recommend Andrew Pye as a salesman nothing was any trouble to him
Just sat in the showroom for an extra hour & a half after a service & no one bothered to let me know my car was ready….no text….nothing from staff (after I had already called). Disappointed that no one could be bothered communicating with me. Finally asked & was just basically dismissed. Apparently girl at service desk went to lunch & then ‘didn’t see me’ on her return. The attitude was ‘oh well, too bad’. You’ve lost my business that’s for sure.
