Just sat in the showroom for an extra hour & a half after a service & no one bothered to let me know my car was ready….no text….nothing from staff (after I had already called). Disappointed that no one could be bothered communicating with me. Finally asked & was just basically dismissed. Apparently girl at service desk went to lunch & then ‘didn’t see me’ on her return. The attitude was ‘oh well, too bad’. You’ve lost my business that’s for sure.

I enquired about a Prado here and got a call off Jackson. He brought the car over to Perth so I could have a look at it. We negotiated a price and made a deal as the car was in great condition. He then put me on to Kaitlin who organised Toyota finance and insurance. The entire process was seamless, professional and honest, which I found very hard to find in the city. Highly reccomeded.
