We had our car serviced in Narrogin last week, we were very impressed with the service from booking in to the last point of pick up. Jake was so helpful in every aspect of giving us all the information to understand the job required to what was needed or not. Thank you to the staff at Narrogin Ford for exemplary service. We booked our car in for Warranty work. They manipulated us and completed work without our consent. In addition the work was not even completed! When we contacted to rectify it took over a week and the response to our discussion was “do you want me to call your husband?” Incredibly unprofessional. Go anywhere else.
Highly recommend Narrogin auto centre, I’ve had my car serviced since 2023 and it’s been a breeze every time. The staff are great to talk to, great coffee and well priced.
Absolutely fantastic service today Went into get two screws for my bonet weather cover and the sales gentleman was so kind to help as the parts department were very busy. He went back and forth a few times and found the screws I needed, fitted them and didn't charge me Thank you once again
